Which personal data does JVL-Europe process?
The following personal data are processed by us:
Name and address details
Your name is stored because we would rather not speak to you with your customer number. We need your address and place of residence, among other things, for drawing up invoices and sending your order.
Company details
We ask for your (company) name and location address when you purchase our products in the capacity as a company.
E-mail address
We save your e-mail address so that it is possible to send messages about your order or account. We can also use your e-mail address to keep you up-to-date via newsletters about new developments at JVL-Europe, provided you sign up for this.
Of course you also have the option to unsubscribe.
phone number
We use your telephone number to contact you if there are problems with your order. Your phone number is also passed on to the package delivery person.
Login details and customer number
We store your log-in data to secure access to your account so that only you can log in. We also create a unique customer number with which we can help you more quickly.
IP address
We store your IP address to give you an overview from which IP address is logged into your account or changes have been made.
