Want to return your order or part of it? You can use this within 14 days. (With the exception of items specially ordered for you*). The return period of 14 days starts on the day you receive your order and the product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging.

*Orders with items specially ordered for you cannot be canceled and/or returned.

You can request a return in your account environment in our webshop.

The shipping costs for returns are always for your own account. Once we have received your return in an undamaged condition, we will process it as soon as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the order was paid.
